Research on ID service delivery and user journey at the states in Brazil

Objectives: The objective is to integrate the 27 Identification Agencies into the new National Civil Identification System for issuing the NationalIdentity Card, connect the documental life cycle of individuals, mitigate frauds and improve transparency, access, and digital inclusion.Qualitative research is to be conducted on ID service delivery and the public's attitudes towards identification, inclusion, privacy, andaccess to services, aimed to inform the design of the CIN and gov.br platform. This seeks to balance standardization with regionaldifferences, ensuring efficient and inclusive reach of the new ID to all citizens.
