Consultancy for the Gender and Safeguarding Analysis and Safeguarding Framework development for AGRA’s Programing on Youth Employment in the Agriculture sector in Mozambique

Objectives: The comprehensive Gender and Safeguarding Analysis aims to understand gender and safeguarding issues affecting young people, especially those financially disadvantaged, in accessing work opportunities in Mozambique. The analysis will provide actionable insights to inform AGRA's Youth Employment Program, YEFFA, ensuring inclusivity and safety. It seeks to identify existing challenges and propose solutions for equal opportunities in the agriculture sector. Additionally, a safeguarding framework will be developed to guide AGRA and its partners in implementing safeguarding policies, ensuring the protection of children, youths, and vulnerable adults, and enhancing safeguarding awareness among AGRA and its grantees.
