Objectives: The Sahel Resilience Strengthening (SARES) project aims to enhance the resilience capacities of communities and households in Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, and Chad. It focuses on improving natural resource governance, resolving related conflicts, fostering social cohesion, and ensuring food and nutrition security. The project also supports capacity building for individuals and communities, promotes climate-smart agricultural practices, and fosters cooperation among WFP, UNICEF, and GIZ to address the challenges in the Sahel region effectively.
