Quick summary

Objectives: Given our frequent interactions with partners and vendors across various regions, the organization conducts many remote meetings. Currently, generating notes, minutes, and action items from these meetings is handled manually, requiring considerable time and effort from our staff. By adopting available AI technologies for automatic note generation, we could reallocate this time to more productive tasks. Considering the challenges presented in the business case, there is a clear need for an automated AI note-taking solution to generate meeting summaries, transcripts, action items, and video highlights.
Eligibility criteria: Enterprise level of subscription products for AI note-taking solutions covering 184 users.
Key functional requirements: 1. Transcription - Provide real-time and post-meeting transcription with speaker identification. 2. Integration - Integrate with multiple collaboration tools and at-least MS Teams and Zoom. 3. AI Meeting Summaries - Generate summaries highlighting key points, action items, and decisions; Email meeting summaries to configured users. 4. Custom Vocabulary - Allow users to add specific terms to improve transcription accuracy. 5. Collaboration - Have capability for highlighting, commenting, and sharing meeting insights. 6. Search - Comprehensive search functionality to locate specific parts of a meeting. 7. Free basic report access - Ability for more users to have free access to a limited number of meeting reports per month, including summary, transcription, action items, key questions, and topics. 8. Security - a. End-to-end encryption for data both in transit and at rest. b. Single Sign-On functionality. c. MFA requirement to access admin console. d. Data retention and deletion policies of the platform.
