National Consultancy Firm to Provide Event Management

Objectives: UNDP seeks an events management company to coordinate a high-level handover ceremony for two completed Italian-funded projects in Eswatini, scheduled for early 2025. The event, expected to host about 200 guests inclusive of high-level attendees from the Kingdom of Eswatini and Italy, will focus on showcasing project sites such as EWS weather stations, a solar plant, and hospital facilities, ending with a ceremony at RFM Hospital. The consultancy will ensure organized logistics, catering, corporate gifting, entertainment, and protocol services to facilitate this cultural and diplomatic engagement.
