Request for Proposals: Species Monitoring in Kyrgyzstan

Objectives: The project aims to conduct species monitoring for the "One Health in Nature Conservation" initiative in Central Asia, focusing on Kyrgyzstan. It addresses the emergence and spread of zoonotic diseases by enhancing conservation measures through an integrative approach addressing human, animal, and environmental health. Key components include landscape conservation, wildlife species management, and governance enhancements in protected areas. The project seeks to build biodiversity data, support conservation actions, apply scientific knowledge for disease prevention, and enhance local capacities while promoting the One Health approach, thereby fostering resilience against zoonotic diseases across Central Asia.
