Individual Consultancy Services in the Transport and Communication

Objectives: The EU Partnership for Local Climate Action in Türkiye Project aims to support Türkiye in combating climate change by improving local implementation capacity to foster sustainable, low-carbon, and climate-resilient development. The consultancy provides deliverable-based services in transport and communication sectors within various project components, supporting regional climate risk assessments, local climate planning, decision-making tool development, public awareness, and technical assistance for climate change plans. The overarching objective is to enhance local authorities' readiness and capability to tackle climate change impacts effectively from 2025 to 2028.
