Urgent Repair Works at the retaining walls of the House of Scientists in Odesa (Ukraine)

Objectives: The tender aims to conduct urgent repair and stabilization works on the retaining walls of the House of Scientists in Odesa, a historic building part of the World Heritage property 'The Historic Centre of Odesa,' which has been significantly damaged by attacks. The project, under the direct supervision of the UNESCO Kyiv Desk, involves repair and dismantling works for the first retaining wall along Viiskovyi Uzvis Str., repair and construction works on the second retaining wall in the inner garden, and repair and construction works on the third retaining wall adjacent to a neighboring site. The project also includes debris removal to reactivate and preserve the cultural and artistic heritage functions of the site in light of the damage caused by war.
