Caribbean Efficient and Green-Energy Buildings Project: Consulting Services for the Preparation of Detailed Designs and Technical Specifications for Energy Efficiency Measures and Distributed Solar PV Systems for Second Batch of Public Buildings in Guyana

Objectives: The objective of this assignment is to define the Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) and Distributed Photovoltaic Systems (DPVs) to be implemented in 17 public buildings in Guyana. This includes preparing detailed designs, technical specifications, and bills of quantities for bidding documents for the proposed EEMs and DPVs. This assignment also involves identifying environmental and social risks, preparing Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs) in accordance with the Environmental and Social Management Frameworks (ESMFs), and ensuring compliance with energy norms and standards.
