Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of Car Rental Services

Objectives: The main objective is to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with qualified and reliable car rental service providers to meet the transportation needs of the UNDP Indonesia. The car rental service providers will ensure safe, reliable, and timely transportation for project staff, government partners, and stakeholders, enabling smooth execution of field activities, stakeholder engagement, and project oversight. They will provide well-maintained and insured vehicles suitable for different terrains and offer professional drivers, ensuring efficient mobility for the Projects team. This LTA will support UNDP's wide range of programs and operations across remote and challenging terrains in Indonesia.
