Оценка и внедрение цифровых решений для судебной системы / Evaluation and implementation of digital solutions for the judicial system

Objectives: The USAID Ukuk Bulagy Project invites submissions for a tender focused on evaluating and implementing digital solutions for the judicial system as part of an initiative to enhance justice access and establish a human-centered judicial framework in Kyrgyzstan. This includes a diagnostic assessment of the judiciary to identify priorities and develop a strategic program for long-term judicial development, incorporating new technologies to improve transparency in dispute processing and resolution. The task involves collaborating with the Supreme Court of Kyrgyz Republic to evaluate existing digital technologies, assess international practices, and create a strategic document and implementation plan to support judicial digitalization.
