Objectives: The objective of this tender is to engage a Financial Analyst and Financial Management Specialist to strengthen the capacity to design and implement climate resilience projects in Bangladesh. The specialist will assist in the conceptualization and design of the project, improve agricultural productivity and post-harvest handling, and strengthen linkages between producers and businesses. They will develop project designs, conduct performance assessments, and prepare documents for the ADB Board's consideration, ensuring proper due diligence and identifying financial and market risks.
