Product development (Mayasi) for Sa’d Al-Maslamani Roasting Company

Objectives: Sa’d Al-Maslamani Roasting Company, in collaboration with the Tasdeer program and Cowater International, seeks to develop a new product, Mayasi, to improve its market reach and competitiveness. The objectives include creating a suitable recipe for Mayasi in six flavors and training the company’s staff to produce the product independently, thus expanding their production capacity and enhancing their export growth potential, particularly in the Saudi Arabian market.
