RFQ24/02972: CBM/ Technical design services for historical building in Bender

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to procure professional detailed design services and cost estimation for the first phase of conservation/restoration works of a historical building located on Suvorov 42 Street, Bender. The design will specifically focus on restoring the main façades, including replacing and restoring windows and doors, and installing decorative lighting. This work supports the broader initiative to preserve cultural and historical heritage as part of the European Union Confidence Building Measures Programme, aiming to foster socio-economic development and confidence between communities in the region.
