Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consultant

Objectives: The objective of the tender is to hire a Project Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Consultant to empower and create equal opportunities for vulnerable, conflict-affected women in Azerbaijan. The consultant will monitor and evaluate project deliverables and outcomes against established indicators, conduct field visits, organize independent evaluations, and support evaluation missions. The ultimate aim is to achieve economic security for conflict-affected women and to be better prepared for external shocks of conflict and crises by cooperating as part of the network of Women Resource Centres (WRCs).
