AMI - Consultant individuel Economiste des Transports au Bureau Régional au Cameroun - PICU

Objectives: The mission primarily aims to support teams in the appropriate formulation, analysis, and economic evaluation of projects for the investments planned for the 2025 loan program. The consultant will assist in preparation, evaluation, and completion missions of projects, contributing to the development of aide-memoires, concept notes, and evaluation reports. They will focus on ensuring multimodal transport aspects and trade facilitation while innovatively harnessing the economic potentialities of the project influence zones. Additionally, the consultant will handle daily project management tasks, including financing requests examination, acquisition dossiers, project supervision, and correspondence elaboration. They will develop specific terms of reference and manage firm recruitment for sectoral and/or diagnostic economic studies, and assist in the evaluation of transport policies and strategies implemented by member countries.
