TA-10463 REG: Southeast Asia Resilient and Water Secure Cities Facility - Project Management and Water Specialist (LAO) (58284-001)

Objectives: The assignment aims to support water and urban development sector teams in Lao PDR by assisting ADB project teams. The international consultant will help the executing and implementing agencies address project implementation issues of ongoing projects and facilitate the start-up of new projects. The consultant will coordinate with various stakeholders on project implementation aspects, including procurement, contract awards, disbursements, and compliance, and provide specialized technical advice on water and sanitation topics to ensure successful execution and sustainability of water-related projects.
