National Consultant: Human Rights Due Diligence Policy Expert

Objectives: The goal of the tender is to recruit a National Consultant to support the Human Rights Due Diligence Policy (HRDDP) in Bangladesh. The consultant will update the General and Preliminary Risk Assessment Framework (GPRAF) and develop risk mitigation measures to address risks posed by support to security forces. This role involves collaboration with various UN agencies and working under the Resident Coordinator Office's guidance. The key objective is to ensure UN support is consistent with humanitarian, human rights, and refugee law while promoting consistency across the UN-system.
