Tajikistan Millati Solim Project: Updating and revision of the clinical residency standards and curricula for primary care providers

Objectives: The Tajikistan Millati Solim Project aims to improve the quality and efficiency of primary healthcare services in selected districts of Tajikistan and strengthen the national capacity to respond to public health emergencies. The project focuses on improving conditions for delivering quality PHC services through investments in human resources, infrastructure, and equipment to make primary health care facilities service ready and enhancing demand for these services. It also includes reforms related to strategic purchasing and digitalization of PHC to improve financial sustainability. Additionally, it seeks to upgrade clinical residency standards and curricula to align with international standards.
