FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ADOPTION OF MODERN SYSTEM IN ETNCD FOR MAXIMIZATION OF TAX REVENUE

Government of Punjab in collaboration with World Bank is implementing the Punjab Resource Improvement and Digital Effectiveness (PRIDE) Program, worth USD 304 Million. The main objective of the Program is “to increase Own Source Revenue and improve reliability of resource allocation and access to digital services for people and firms in the province of Punjab”.

Public Financial Management Unit (PFMU) Finance Department invites sealed bids for Procurement of IT Infrastructure for Adoption of Modern Systems in ETNCD for Maximization of Tax Revenue from eligible bidders registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and having relevant experience.

Terms & Conditions:

• Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage One-Envelope method using national market approach in accordance with the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below or from the Finance Department’s website
• The bidding document will be immediately available after publication of this advertisement.
• Bids must be submitted within the stipulated date and time mentioned above and must be accompanied by “Bid Security” equal to Rs. 2,270,000/- in the form of Demand/Bank Draft in favor of “Head PFMU, Finance Department, Government of Punjab, Lahore”.
• Bids will be evaluated on Total Basis. However, bidders must quote the price of each item on a unit basis.
• All applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per prescribed rates notified by the respective department/authority of the Government.
• Bids without supporting documents, undertaking, valid documentary evidence, or bids submitted not conforming to terms and conditions given in the RFB document will be liable for rejection.
• No supporting document will be accepted after the last submission date and time.
• Bids received after due time and date shall be summarily rejected.
