Objectives: In alignment with the MoES Digital Agenda Strategy, this consultancy aims to contribute to the broader objective of building scalable models for integration of digital skills training within formal and non-formal education settings. Acknowledging the magnitude of needs and potential, UNICEF adopts a two-pronged approach which prioritizes the creation of formal and non-formal flexible skilling pathways to ensure young people (especially the most marginalized) can develop critical skills needed for life, work and active citizenship. Overall and specific objectives of the consultancy are as follows: Building scalable models for the delivery of digital skills training within the education and training system jointly with the MoES.
