The Public Institution "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University of Chisinau has received subfinancing from the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova within the Program for Improving Higher Education in Moldova, implemented within the project "Higher Education in Moldova" and intends to apply part of the financial means for payments under the Subfinancing Agreement MD-MOED-6542-ASF-U2-01 of November 27, 2023 for the implementation of the subproject CONSOLIDATION OF EDUCATION IN THE TEACHING CAREER FOR PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE (EduPerformance).

  1. Under the Sub-financing Agreement, part of the allocated funds will be used to finance the contract(s) awarded for the purchase of specialized equipment for the multifunctional Physics, Biology, Chemistry laboratories, and the multifunctional outdoor learning space Eco-Friendly Hub.
  2. The Public Institution "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University of Chisinau invites eligible economic operators to submit sealed bids for the purchase of Specialized equipment for multifunctional Physics, Biology, Chemistry laboratories, the multifunctional outdoor learning space Eco-Friendly Hub: (according to the annex)

Lot no. 2 Equipment for the environmental monitoring laboratory

Lot no. 3 Equipment for the multifunctional biology laboratory

Lot no. 4 Digital equipment and accessories for practical work for the multifunctional physics laboratory

The procurement will be conducted through the Request for Proposal (RFP) procedure by addressing the national market, as specified in the “World Bank Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Debtors – Procurement under Investment Projects Financing of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting Services and Consulting”, dated July 1, 2016, revised on November 1, 2017 and August 1, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the “ Procurement Regulations”) , and is open to all eligible bidders, as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

  1. The procurement document in Romanian can be obtained by interested Bidders upon submitting a written request to the email address: achizitii.bm2@upsc.md  , free of charge. The document in electronic format will be sent by email by the Contracting Authority – Public Institution “Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University of Chisinau, Str. Ion Creangă 1, MD-2069, Chisinau city, Republic of Moldova .
  2. Offers must be sent to the address - Republic of Moldova, Chisinau municipality Ion Creangă 1, block 2, office 30 by 06.03.2025 at 11:00. 

Late offers, submitted after the deadline indicated above, will be rejected.

  1. The bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the designated representatives of the Bidders and any person who chooses to participate in the bid opening, at the address – Chisinau Str. Ion Creangă 1, block.2, bir.3 on 06.03.2025 at 11:15.
  2. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security Statement ".
