INVITATION FOR BIDS

1. The Kingdom of Cambodia has received a Loan/ Grant: IDA Credit N0. 6394 from the World Bank toward the cost of the Cambodia Nutrition Project (CNP) which Ministry of Health is the Executive Agency (EA) of the Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan/ grant to payments under the Contract for supply of two procurement packages below:
   • Printing of MIYCN SBCC IPC tool (Maternal Book) for CNP coverage area in 25 provinces (2024-2025) nationwide, (Reference. no. MOH-GO-RFB 27).
   • Printing of MIYCN SBCC IPC (Flipchart) and IPC Counselling Cards for VHSGs for additional 16 provinces, (Reference no. MOH-GO-RFB 27).
2. The Ministry of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Supply and Printing of the procurement package above:

Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of World Bank.
4. This invitation is open to all bidders.
5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Ministry of Health; Mrs. Kou Raksmey, Chief of Procurement Unit on Tel: (855) 23 238 009, and email; kou.raksmey@yahoo.com and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 08:00 - 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 Hours, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
6. Qualification requirements include:
   • The bidder has satisfactorily completed at least two contracts for supply of similar goods in the preceding three years as specified in Bidding Documents (BDs) per contract.
   • The bidder has completed contracts in the total cumulative amount equal to at least as specified in BDs per contract in the preceding two years (as specified in BDs).
   • The bidder has availability of liquid assets through access to a line of credit or cash in bank account of an amount at least (as specified in BDs).
7. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee $35.00 or its equivalent in Cambodian Riel (4,100.00 x $35.00 = 143,500.00 Riels). The method of payment will be Cash. The Bidding Documents will be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder. Other than payment of the non-refundable fee specified above, there shall be no other conditions for purchase of the bidding documents
