Change Management Consultant

Eligibility criteria: The consultants or consulting firms applying must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in similar assignments, particularly in strategic change management, in Kenya and/or other African countries. Additionally, they need to provide a minimum of three client reference statements. The proposal must address key competencies such as superior facilitation skills, strategic thinking, and ethical integrity among others. The tender awarding will consider several criteria with different weightings, namely the demonstration of ability and experience in similar assignments (40%), quality of proposal including understanding of tasks and challenges (30%), and the financial basis of fees and total costs (30%). Moreover, compliance with tax laws as per the applicable rates is mandatory. Proposals should be succinct, and the entire bid process including submission timelines and evaluation procedures are clearly laid out in the document.
