Agricultural machinery for pasture user unions and SISPNA in the targeted districts of project

RFB No: TRLRP-G-PUU-SPNA-II-RE-12-24

1. The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract TRLRP-G-PUU-SPNA-II-RE-12-24 – Agricultural machinery for pasture user unions and SISPNA in the targeted districts of project.
2. Center for Implementation of Investment Projects of the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan under the Tajikistan Resilient Landscape Restoration Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Agricultural machinery for pasture user unions and SISPNA in the targeted districts of project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Please refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.15 of the Guidelines for the World Bank's conflict of interest policy.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Center for implementation of investment Projects under the Committee for Environmental Protection under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, E-mail: cepciptj@gmail.com and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:00-17:00 at the address 5/1 Shamsi str., Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
5. The bidding document in Russian language may be obtained by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application-formal letter to the address below:

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below:

State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan 27 Shotemur street, Dushanbe Republic of Tajikistan, on or before 15:00 Tajikistan time, 07/03/2025.

Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below: State Committee for Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan 27 Shotemur street, Dushanbe Republic of Tajikistan, on 15:00 Tajikistan time, 07/03/2025.

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in the Bidding Documents:

Lot 2: Cattle truck with a triple-decker trailer – 87 442,0 somoni.
