TA-6909 REG: Strengthening Public Financial Management in Selected Countries of Southeast Asia - Output 3: Medium-Term Fiscal Framework Capacity Development for BARMM (50407-001)

Objectives: The objective of the tender is to strengthen the Medium-Term Fiscal Framework (MTFF) capacity for the Bangsamoro government, promoting fiscal discipline, transparency, and sustainability, thereby supporting improved fiscal decision-making and public financial management for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) under Output 3 of the larger initiative to strengthen public financial management in Southeast Asia. This involves designing and implementing capacity development programs, conducting analytical work, and providing strategic support to align BARMM's fiscal framework with national priorities.
