Objectives: The objective is to engage a reputable consultancy firm to develop innovative methodologies and tools for the Nigeria Distributed Access through Renewable Energy Scale-up (DARES) programme. The focus is on creating comprehensive and credible methodologies, integrating proxy and real-time data for impact projections, and designing open-source tools adaptable to different contexts and technologies. The tool aims to calculate impact metrics, including GHG emissions, job creation, and socioeconomic factors, to report into the M300 initiative's ambitious goals across Africa.
