National Consultancy: Gender analysis of the National Cash Transfer Programme in OPT

Objectives: The primary objective of this consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive gender analysis of the National Cash Transfer Programme (NCTP) in the occupied Palestinian territories (OPT). This includes assessing the programme’s design, targeting mechanisms, delivery methods, and overall framework to determine its ability to address gender-specific needs and vulnerabilities. The analysis aims to identify whether the NCTP is gender-sensitive or gender-responsive, with a focus on identifying gaps and opportunities to inform policy shifts towards enhancing gender equity and empowerment within social protection systems in OPT.
