Consultancy to Conduct an in-depth Skills Gap Mapping of Cadre-specific Technical and Competency Gaps Among Primary Health Care Workers

Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to conduct an in-depth skills gap mapping to identify critical technical and competency gaps among young primary healthcare workers in fields such as medicine, surgery, dentistry, and more across specified districts in Zambia. It seeks to assess skills gaps in health entrepreneurship and advocacy among these workers to develop targeted recommendations to improve training programs and employability, ultimately strengthening primary healthcare systems and creating meaningful employment opportunities.
