Dear Vendor, UNESCO invites you to submit the offers for the Request to Quotation Ref.: UNESCO-UA-135, procurement of underwater equipment. Attached to the letter is a document with a technical description, financial request, and tender conditions. Please complete the forms, sign, and stamp where indicated. If you are not registered with UNESCO, please, complete the Vendor form and return it with your offer, attaching the Registration and Bank Certificates of your Company or PE. The quotation must include the price of delivery to the address: as stated in the RFQ document. You are invited to send your quotation, offering your best prices and conditions, to procurement.kyiv@unesco.org by 23:59, 21.04.2025, Kyiv time.
