Framework Contract for Executive Search Services (2025-2028)

Objectives: The Asian Development Bank (ADB), headquartered in Manila, seeks to establish a pool of qualified executive search firms to assist in hiring high-caliber talent, in order to maintain a diverse workforce and meet its recruitment goals. The framework agreement will allow ADB to quickly engage executive search firms as needed, with contracts potentially extending up to five years based on satisfactory performance. The services mainly involve sourcing candidates for managerial and technical international staff positions, with the possibility of engagement across various sectors including finance, risk management, environment and sustainability, social sector, IT, and corporate services.
