For local suppliers only: event organization in in Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Tay Ninh

Objectives: The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is inviting local vendors in Vietnam to provide event organization services for a series of workshops across Thanh Hoa, Da Nang, Tay Ninh, and Lam Dong between May and July 2025. These workshops are part of the 'Elimination of Violence Against Women and Children in Viet Nam 2021-2025' joint program aimed at promoting gender equality and reducing violence. The program includes various activities such as evidence-based law and policy advocacy, multi-sectoral response enhancement, violence prevention, and improved research. The service provider is expected to organize these workshops over three days each, for 45 participants per event, ensuring professional, effective, and safe execution that meets UN Women’s standards and requirements.
