Consultant for Gender Equality Communications and Strategic Knowledge Support

Objectives: This assignment seeks to bolster communication and knowledge support in gender equality initiatives managed by UNDP Montenegro, particularly in the framework of the EU4GE program targeting the Western Balkans. The objective is to assist in crafting and executing communication plans focused on women’s economic empowerment, gender mainstreaming, and leadership development in STEM and green economies. Key responsibilities include developing strategies that raise awareness and advocate for women’s participation, documenting insights, and supporting the Gender Equality Leadership Academy and regional alliances.
