Provision of Café Services in the EU in BiH Office

Objectives: The objective of this tender is to appoint a contractor for the provision of Café Services in the 'EU House' located in Sarajevo, serving the tenants of the building: the Delegation of the European Union to BiH, the office of the EU Special Representative in BiH, and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany. The appointed contractor will be responsible for offering a café service including beverages and light meals like sandwiches and salads, in a competitively priced and professional manner, ensuring high standards of service to meet the demands of the building's occupants and their guests. The service agreement will initially be for a year, renewable up to five additional years based on performance.
