Provision of Consultancy Services for conducting a comparative analysis of GCF’s Policy on Restructuring and Cancellation (PRC) and similar policies in other entities

Eligibility criteria: Organizations eligible to apply for this tender must possess significant experience in international development, particularly in environmental or climate change projects. Candidates should have at least 13 years of experience in managing projects or programs funded through international entities, which include Climate Funds or Multi-lateral Development Banks, utilizing various financial instruments such as grants, loans, and equity. The organization should demonstrate familiarity with restructuring or modifying funding proposals and funded activities, emphasizing alignment with climate-related objectives. Entities from any location may apply. Emphasis is placed on the capacity to work remotely and the ability to attend international conference calls, presenting results effectively to senior management. Previous professional experience with recognized international organizations and financial institutions is highly preferred. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is advantageous, although practical experience may substitute depending on the applicant's background. Firms must agree to compliance with GCF standards and possess mechanisms for handling potential conflicts of interest.
