The U.S. Embassy in Ankara requires one (1) brand-new, left-hand drive (LHD), automatic transmission, 5-seater, 4-door sport utility vehicle (SUV). The vehicle must be equipped with a gasoline-powered, turbocharged engine not exceeding 1.6 liters, compliant with the EU6.2 emissions standard or better. While a hybrid engine is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.

The vehicle must be built and homologated to European standards for use in Türkiye. After-sales service and spare parts support must be available throughout Türkiye. The warranty must be honored by an authorized dealership located in Türkiye, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts shall be available through authorized service providers for warranty coverage, maintenance, and repairs.


All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please be aware that the response date in this synopsis is not final; see the RFQ for the actual deadline.The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. Award may be made based on initial offers without discussions.
