Additionally, they must showcase a portfolio of previously completed projects of similar scale and complexity. Key personnel must have relevant professional qualifications and experience in project management and healthcare facility construction. Firms located in regions adhering to international trade and partnership standards will be prioritized. The deadline for submissions is 4 August 2025, by which time all eligibility documentation must be completed and submitted.
