Market consultation regarding the Procurement of kV Instrument transformers

LITGRID AB (hereinafter – Contracting Entity) is planning to announce the procurement of 110-400 kV instrument transformers (hereinafter 
– Procurement), which consists of 5 parts of the Procurement object:  
I part of the Procurement object: 33 pcs. of 110 kV current instrument transformers and 66 pcs. of 110 kV current transformers connectors; 
II part of the Procurement object: 6 pcs. of 110 kV voltage instrument transformers and 6 pcs. of 110 kV voltage transformers connectors;  
III part of the Procurement object: 9 pcs. of 330 kV current instrument transformers and 18pcs. of 330 kV current transformers connectors. 
IV part of the Procurement object: 15 pcs. of 400 kV voltage instrument transformers and 15 pcs. of 400 kV voltage transformers connectors. 
V part of the Procurement object: 27 pcs. of 400 kV current instrument transformers and 54 pcs. of 400 kV current transformers connectors. 
The Contracting Entity, seeking to properly prepare for the anticipated procurement is conducting consultations with market participants. 
The Contracting Entity seeks to gather the opinions, suggestions, and recommendations of market participants regarding any uncertainties and potential risks that may arise in the execution of a procurement contract with respect to the submitted documents.  
The Contracting Entity requests market participants to provide specific comments (suggestions), and questions for the Contracting Entity, specifying documents and/or unclear clauses, and to present the rationale for their suggestions. 
Market participants wishing to participate in market consultations must submit their opinions, suggestions, and recommendations on the 
documents provided with this invitation using the CPP IS tools by the 21st of May at 10:00 a.m., 2025 by completing Questionnaire to Suppliers, provided in the Annex 4. Questions and suggestions received after the specified deadline may not be considered.
