Provision of a catering service for EMSA and EUDA

Objectives: The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) and the European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA) are seeking to contract services to provide regular and VIP catering, as well as the operation of EMSA's cafeteria. The service aims to deliver high-quality, nutritious, and environmentally responsible catering options, supporting the agencies' commitment to sustainability and excellent diplomatic engagement. EMSA is compliant with environmental management systems and expects the chosen provider to prepare and deliver varied, healthy, and seasonal dishes. This service will cover events at EMSA's headquarters and potentially other venues in Lisbon, Portugal. The contract's estimated total value is EUR 1,020,000, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers regular catering and cafeteria operation, and Lot 2 concerns VIP catering.
