Invitation to Tender for Landscape Design Services Contract

Eligibility criteria: Eligible applicants are natural persons who are nationals and legal entities from EU Member States or eligible countries and territories under Article 8 of Regulation (EU) No 236/2014. International organizations may also participate. Documents proving country of nationality or establishment are required. Tenderers should possess experience in landscape, irrigation, or drainage design, reflected in portfolios demonstrating completed projects in similar climates. The entity must not submit more than one tender, regardless of format, and should ensure compliance with EU exclusion criteria. Previous infractions in fulfilling contracts may disqualify entities. Subcontracting is allowed with compliance. The organization should demonstrate professional and technical capacity, aligning with selection criteria spread across the consortium, if applicable. Individuals or single-member companies acting as subcontractors are exempt from selection criteria application.
