Procurement of Software for Electronic Payment of Fines

Objectives: The objective of this assignment is the procurement and development of a comprehensive system for accessing and electronically paying fines and court costs. This includes the development of web services aimed at integrating the Ministry of Justice's existing software solutions with the ESB platform. The project will be phased, focusing on developing the core software, integration with current systems like NSeID and NSNAT for authentication, development of web services for the Register of Fines and Misdemeanor Records, and expansion to integrate the Register of Criminal Records and Parole and Probation systems. Ultimately, the project aims to streamline processes and enhance data integration across the Ministry of Justice's operations, thereby increasing efficiency and legal compliance.
