Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations must demonstrate specific qualifications to apply. They need to show an average annual turnover equivalent to at least the tender amount over the last five years. Organizations must provide evidence of having successfully completed at least two similar road projects and two bridge projects as main contractors within the past 5 years, reflecting similar scale and scope. These projects should meet expected specifications, and any new arrivals must possess equipment readiness to ensure timely provision. Furthermore, availability of a qualified Project Administrator with at least five years of experience in similar-scale projects, including three years specifically in project administration, is stipulated. Financial capability is essential, with proof of liquid assets or available credit lines of at least $1,700,000, free from other contractual obligations. Preference margins for national contractors or APCA will not be entertained. Countries eligible must be members of the IDB network, as specified in the tender document's conditions.
