The organization should have no past record of contract default with the government of El Salvador or any related authorities. Bidders are also expected to possess necessary technical certifications and demonstrate compliance with local and international electrical safety standards. Participation is restricted to organizations based in El Salvador or those with a local office, which ensures familiarity with local regulations and access to regional servicing capabilities.
