Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations are those registered and operating within Honduras, specifically those with proven expertise in implementing large-scale ERP systems. The organization must have a successful track record in the institutional and operational strengthening of government or public-sector entities. Additionally, applicants should have previously managed projects funded by international development banks or similar entities. The budget allocated requires organizations to have the financial capability to undertake significant initial outlays, with a requisite to demonstrate a minimum annual turnover of USD 2 million in the past three fiscal years. Staff must include certified professionals in ERP systems, financial management, and human resource management, who have a minimum of five years' relevant experience.
