Participants should have a strong background in managing trade processes, fiscal and customs oversight, with a preference for those with a master's degree in relevant fields such as business administration, project management, or information system engineering. Furthermore, all participating organizations must update their Business Partner Number on the BEO Procurement Portal prior to submission to ensure registration compliance.
