Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations must submit proposals in Lithuanian and comply with electronic submission protocols outlined in the procurement documents. Proposals should be based on the procurement documents' specific selection criteria, which emphasize compliance with the national green public procurement criteria. Organizations from any geographical location within Lithuania can apply, provided they submit applications by the specified deadline - 22/07/2025 13:00:00 Eastern European Summer Time. Multiple proposals from a single entity are prohibited and a maximum of 5 lots may be tendered by a participant. While the procurement project is not backed by EU funds, adherence to the Public Procurement Agreement (PPA) is mandatory. Entrants are required to utilize the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) for submission, and no electronic auction or dynamic purchasing system will be utilized. Applications are overseen by LITGRID AB, which also manages the review procedures in coordination with the Vilnius Regional Court. Engaging parties must align with strategic objectives to mitigate environmental impact within the specified contract terms.
