Consultancy for the structuring of a waste separation plant in Trinidad with a focus on co-processing

Eligibility criteria: The eligible consulting firms must be from any of the Inter-American Development Bank's member countries or approved territories, such as Argentina, Brazil, Canada, the United States, among others. The firms should demonstrate sufficient experience and qualifications relevant to providing the requested consulting services. Consulting firms are required to register on the Bank's Bidder Portal and obtain a Business Partner Number to participate in the procurement process. Joint ventures or consortia are allowed where one firm assumes the responsibility of representation. Furthermore, eligibility stipulates compliance with local waste management regulations and environmental laws, ensuring the consultancy’s operational alignment with relevant regional and international legal frameworks. A budget of USD $150,000 is provided for a 12-month consultancy. The selection will be based on expressions of interest submitted through the portal by the designated deadline.
