Preparación del plan de inversiones para la gestión integral de residuos sólidos municipales en el Cantón de Manta – Ecuador

Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting companies (ECs) must originate from any member country or territory of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to express interest. Member countries include Germany, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Spain, the United States, and others, including territories like Guam or Aruba. ECs can also form joint ventures to enhance qualifications, appointing a representative responsible for communication and documentation. All interested ECs must register on the IDB's BEO Procurement Portal, ensuring updated profiles with a necessary Business Partner Number. Failure to complete registration or provide requested information precludes participation. Submission requires electronic filing by June 25, 2025, in PDF format. The estimated financial requirement is a budget of USD 150,000. Organizations must meet experience and competence standards as outlined by the IDB to be evaluated and ranked per the Expression of Interest submission.
