Eligibility criteria: Eligible organizations for this tender are consulting firms legally constituted and incorporated in eligible countries as specified by the Inter-American Development Bank's policies. The consultancy firms must demonstrate relevant qualifications in comparative and/or impact evaluation studies, financial and/or legal structuring in infrastructure projects under PPP schemes, and legal structuring in projects realized by public work. The short list will favor firms based on specific experience criteria, emphasizing completed studies or structurings directly relevant to the tender's requirements. Consultancies can partner with other firms through Joint Ventures or subcontracting to enhance qualifications. The deadline for expressing interest is July 3, 2025, and firms must present their experiences in an Excel format, adhering to detailed guidelines. Only consulting firms, not individuals, are eligible and must submit expressions of interest electronically or in physical form by the stipulated deadlines.
