Eligibility criteria: Eligibility for this tender is open to consulting firms legally incorporated in eligible countries according to the policies set forth by the Inter-American Development Bank. Firms must have demonstrable experience in legal representation and defense of public entities in judicial processes related to PPP projects or in conflict resolution mechanisms arising during such projects, as well as completed legal structuring in infrastructure projects under PPP schemes. Each firm can present a minimum of three experiences for legal representation criteria and up to ten experiences for infrastructure project structuring. In cases with equal experience counts, preference is given to firms with more representation and defense experience. The deadline for applications is July 3, 2025, with submissions accepted electronically or physically. Firms can partner as a joint venture or include subcontractors to enhance qualifications. Only consultancy firms, not individuals, are eligible to apply.
